Electricity

Laboratory twelve in SC 130 Physical Science focused on electricity.

Silver Rose works on what is known as "batteries and bulbs" but actually involves a wire, a cell, and a flash light cell. If one has not done this before, then lighting the bulb is far more baffling than those who know how can imagine.

Sylvia tests various materials for conductivity.

Sinforsa and ShirleyAnn also work on conductors versus insulators. Laboratory six spring 2011 did not work on heat conductivity but rather on heat capacity. Thus the link between conduction of heat and electricity was not made in the curriculum this term. Laboratory six remains under development.

Kasinta, Johnson, and Jeremiah study the meters.
