Eclipses and waves in physical science class

A solar eclipse providentially crossed Pohnpei during physical science class. The class used pinhole cameras to observe the eclipse.

Cynthia observes the partial solar eclipse.

The class headed west to escape orographic precipitation being generated by the ridge on the far left of the photo

We had relative sunshine out at the gym, while rain fell on the ridge to the east.

I borrowed the tile flooring to demonstrate waves, wavelength, period, and frequency
